Hello everyone, I’m Duangkamon Chojaroondet .I’m a third year student in English major, faculty of Education, Nakhonsithammarat Rajabhat University. Today, I will you how to make The natural Tired-dye clothing. Ciriwong village. Before we’re going to see that, I will describe about Kiriwong village. Kiriwong village is located at Tambon Kamlaon Lan-saka Nakhonsithammarat Where is beautiful and fresh. This village has history of life and our collective cultural community for over 200 years. There are many exciting places for travel. Furthermore, there are many products that come from nature such as fruits and herbs. The villagers will take fruit and herbs to create many products. There are many communities. The one of all is fabric dyeing.
The natural Tired-dye clothing community takes local resources to make natural colors for dyeing. There are many quality colors such as yellow from india almond, orange with pink from mangos teen, dark green from Indian trumpet flower, sable from pithcellobium lobatun bunth, gray from iron wood, blue and fresh green from indigo. As we’ve known the origin of colors. Now let’s us to see what kinds of materials that they use.
There are cotton, Extracted from the natural color. France for the extraction of color, the wood clamp for clamping pattern and rubber for bunch pattern.
As we’ve known the materials of dyeing. Now let’s us to see the steps to dyeing.
First, chop bark and leaves and boil into water about one day for extracting color.

Third, tie the cotton as desired.
Then Boil tied cotton into fabric color about 30-60 minutes.
Next wash tied cotton in clean water again and take rubber out.
Finally, dry tied cotton in the shade. If it dry, we can bring them to organize products.
There are many product such as shirts, pants, pocket, bag, doll, and handkerchief.
